    Is There A Size Chart Available?

     
    We do have a size chart - see the Home page and the link in the navigation menu on the left of each page. Due to the fact that Bum Wrap Streetwear offers items from many different vendors and sizes often vary across brands, please be aware that the size chart is for guidance only. Feel free to email an inquiry about a particular item and we will do our best to give you the size info of the manufacturer in question.


    Is The Clothing Used, Damaged or Irregulars?

    Bum Wrap Streetwear purchases clothing that is surplus, closeouts, or orders that have been cancelled with the factories. We are able to purchase the exact same clothing that is found in major leading department stores but at deeply discount prices. This clothing is not damaged. It is simply an overstock item. We are able to pass the savings on to you with discounts as much as 80%-85% below regular retail.

    Some of the clothing might be missing the paper hangtags and/or the brand name fabric labels from the inside of the garment. These were removed by the factory when the order was cancelled to prevent misuse. The missing tags in no way effects the quality of the garment. If an item is irregular it will be disclosed in the description and offered with huge markdowns.


    Do Your Cheap Prices Mean Low Quality Clothing?

    Absolutely not!  We purchase overstock, closeout and factory/department store surplus at a below wholesale cost. The savings are passed on to you for huge discounts. The clothing is the same that is found at major department stores just without the high dollar price tag. Some of the items will be shipped without the paper hangtags or the brand name fabric labels on the inside. Removal of these prevents misuse and is a stipulation of resale from the manufacturers.


    How is my order shipped?

    Depending on the size of the order, we choose the most cost effective method to ship. One or two items we would probably opt to send via the United States Postal Service. Larger orders would normally ship ground service with DHL.  You do, however, have the option to have your order shipped to you via Priority Handling. Military APO's and international customers orders will ship via The United States Postal Service.


    What Credit Cards Do You Accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.


    How Long Before My Order Is Shipped

    Every attempt is made to ship orders out within 48 hours. This does not include orders placed on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. If you have selected economy ground service it may take 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Orders shipped using priority service may take 2-5 business days depending on where you live.


    Can I Place My Order Over The phone

    No. At this time Bum Wrap Streetwear is only accepting online orders.


    Is It Safe To Give My Credit Card Information Online

    Yes, we do process your card on our secured server using the strictest processing standards.. Most all credit cards are processed manually in our customer card center. In efforts to prevent credit card fraud, we run a check to make sure that all information matches with what you have provided such as name, billing address and card code security. If it does not match up, your order will not be processed and you will be notified. We reserve the right to cancel any order that Bum Wrap Streetwear deems fraudulent.


    Do You Ship Internationally

    We do ship internationally via The United States Postal Service.  We do not service all countires. If your country is not listed in the checkout section, then we do not ship there. If in doubt, please send us an email. All international orders must be shipped to the same billing address that matches your credit card. We may ask for certain information from first time international customers. This might include:

    1. The card issuing credit card company name.
    2. The customer service number from the back of the card

    We do run a check on international credit card orders. If any of the info does not match up then your order will not be processed.

    Upon receiving your international order we will weigh your order and email you with a shipping quote along with available shipping options. You have 24 hours to respond to the email. You can either choose to continue with the order or simply decline. No credit cards are charged until we receive your go ahead.

    All duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are determined by your local customs office.

    Why Was An Item On My Order Not Shipped?

    Our website is updated several times a day, excluding weekends. We try our best to have current inventory information available. If an item is almost sold out and we have numerous orders that have been placed within a short period of time and they all are asking for the same item, then most likely, everyone will not be able to have that style/size.  Also, if we are down to the last of an item and happen to find something wrong with the garment, then we will not send it.
