Return Authorization Form

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will give you an in house store credit or refund for the full purchase price of the product, less original shipping charges, within 14 days of merchandise receipt. If your order qualified for free shipping and the entire order was returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. After processing your return a Credit Memo with your store credit discount code and instructions on how to reedem will be emailed to you. If requesting a refund your credit memo will show the amount refunded to the original credit card that was used. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Clearance and/or Final Sale Merchandise:
Any merchandise marked as "Final Sale" and/or "Clearance" can not be returned. These are just that...a final sale or clearance item. We also can not accept returns on swimwear, headgear, lingerie or undergarments. All sales on these items are final sales.

You must notify us of your intent to return merchandise within 14 days of order delivery. The tracking number provided with be proof of delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must be smoke free, unworn, unused and unwashed. If an item is returned that is found to have smoke damage, has been worn, washed, damaged or the tags have been thrown away then no credit will be given. The item(s) will be donated to a charity of our choice.

All returns must be approved. No returns will be accepted without a RTA (Return Authorization Number) After we receive your return form we will issue you, via email, a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on your return label. Returns must be received within 7 days of the RTA being granted.

*To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:*

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with a copy of the original invoice. Return shipping charges need to be prepaid and are the buyers responsibility.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. BumWrapStreetwear.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, BumWrapStreetwear.com will reimburse the return shipping charges in the form of a store credit.
